Groupon Instructions

For those of you who recently purchased a Groupon Voucher, please follow the instructions below to register for classes.

Please note that classes are small, so signup early to guarantee your spot. We require you cancel 4 hours prior to class by removing yourself from the online scheduler or your class credit will be lost and a $15.00 no show fee will apply. No Exceptions. (Log into your account, My Schedule, Cancel).

Do not call or email studio to cancel. If you’re new to pole dance, only sign up for Intro to Pole or an All Levels Class. You are permitted to use your pole credit for a non-pole class. The Groupon vouchers will expire 3 months from purchase date, no exceptions.

***Please note, Groupon vouchers are only valid for one time use as stated in the fine print (Limit one per person). No Exceptions.
If you purchase a second voucher, you will only get credit for the amount paid and can apply toward a class package.

To get started we recommend you take the following steps.

1) Create a Mindbody account for each voucher holder here

2) Send an email to info@polesinsations.com with the following information and include Groupon in subject line:

  • First/Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Groupon ID #
  • Groupon Redemption (Bar Code)#

3)Your account will be activated within 48 hours after you email us and you can start registering for classes.

Please review the FAQ’s on our website for information about location, what to wear, etc. Also, download and complete the Pole Sinsations Waiver Form and bring to class.

Due to high call volume, we can not sign you up for classes by phone, so please follow the instructions above.

The Groupon vouchers will expire 3 months from the purchase date, sorry, no exceptions. Limit 1 per person and 1 per visit. Classes can not be shared or transferred. 4 hour Cancellation notice is required or credit will be lost.
